- 12 large potatoes
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 tsp. onion flakes
- 1/4 tsp. or less garlic salt
- 1/4 c. butter (optional)
- 1/2 c. grated cheese (optional)
Directions

1Peel and cook potatoes in salted water; drain.

2Combine all, except butter and cheese, while still hot; whip or mash until fluffy.

3Spread in large casserole or divide into 2 casseroles (buttered).

4Refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.
