- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
Directions

1Bring to a boil and let cool.

2Soak 1 quart shredded cabbage, 1/2 green pepper and some shredded carrots for color in 2 cups cold water with 1 teaspoon of salt for 2 hours.

3Drain.

4Add 3 celery stalks.

5Cut fine.

6Then pour vinegar mixture over it. Keep in refrigerator.
