  • 2 rainbow trout fillets (1 lb./450 g)
  • 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
  • 1 Tbsp. grainy Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp. each garam masala, and chili powder or cayenne pepper
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)

  • 1/2 tsp. chaat masala

    Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Place fish in single layer in parchment-lined pan.

    Mix Miracle Whip, mustard, ground coriander, garam masala and chili powder until blended; spread over fish.

    Sprinkle with onions and fresh coriander; press gently into fish to secure.
