Mallow-Nut Fudge

  • 6 c. mini marshmallows
  • 2 c. chocolate chips
  • 2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 4 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions

    In large bowl, combine marshmallows, chocolate chips and nuts. In large pan, combine sugar, milk and butter.

    Bring to boil. Cook and stir over medium heat to 236° on candy thermometer (soft ball stage).

    Add vanilla.

    Pour over marshmallow mixture.

    Beat well until they melt.

    Pour into greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan. Cool; cut into squares.
