  • 34 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese (plus more to taste)
  • 12 cup thinly sliced zucchini
  • 12 cup sliced mango
  • 14 cup canned black beans, rinsed
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 14 cup cilantro leaf
