- 2 cups Mango Pulp
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Demerara Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 7 Popsicle (sticks)
Directions

1Blend together the mango, yogurt, cream, sugar and 1 teaspoon of the lemon juice. Taste and add a little more lemon juice to your taste (I used 1 teaspoon). Pour mixture into popsicle molds (recipe makes 6-7 standard size popsicles), insert a stick and freeze for at least 12 hours or until frozen solid.
