Mango Cream Popsicles

  • 2 cups Mango Pulp
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Demerara Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 7 Popsicle (sticks)

Directions

    Blend together the mango, yogurt, cream, sugar and 1 teaspoon of the lemon juice. Taste and add a little more lemon juice to your taste (I used 1 teaspoon). Pour mixture into popsicle molds (recipe makes 6-7 standard size popsicles), insert a stick and freeze for at least 12 hours or until frozen solid.
