  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons dark-brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs

    Toss the pineapple, mangoes, and brown sugar together in a bowl.
