  • 2 mangoes
  • 1 red chili
  • 1 bunch corriander (about half a cup when chopped)
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 lime

Directions

    Cut cheeks off mangoes , peel and dice roughly.

    Slice red chilli finely, discarding seeds if you don't like to much spice.

    Finely dice the half red onion,and finely chop the coriander.

    Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix
  5. 5
    Squeeze the juice of the lime over the ingredients and mix well
  6. 6
    Enjoy with baked salmon, or crumbed chicken
