- 2 mangoes
- 1 red chili
- 1 bunch corriander (about half a cup when chopped)
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 lime
Directions

1Cut cheeks off mangoes , peel and dice roughly.

2Slice red chilli finely, discarding seeds if you don't like to much spice.

3Finely dice the half red onion,and finely chop the coriander.

4Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix

5Squeeze the juice of the lime over the ingredients and mix well

6Enjoy with baked salmon, or crumbed chicken
