  • 1 c. mango puree
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 egg whites

Directions

    Combine puree, 1/2 cup sugar, lemon juice and 1/2 cup water. Stir until sugar dissolves.

    Pour into a container and freeze to a mushy consistency.
