- 1 pkg. Italian sausage
- 2 (2.5 oz.) cans chopped olives
- 2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
- 1 (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese (optional)
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 jar Prego with mushrooms
- 1 large box manicotti shells
Directions

1Brown Italian sausage; drain.

2In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients.

3Boil manicotti shells for 8 minutes; drain.

4Spray 9 x 13-inch glass dish with Pam.

5Cover bottom with Prego (1/2 jar).

6Stuff shells with mixture and place in dish.

7Cover the stuffed shells with the remaining Prego.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

9Put remaining mixture over the top and bake for another 10 minutes.

10Let stand 5 minutes; serve.
