- 1/4 c. parsley

- manicotti noodles
Directions

1Brown hamburger, drain fat and add 30 ounces Ragu (set aside). Mix the following:

212 ounces Mozzarella, 16 ounces cottage cheese, parsley, Parmesan , 2 eggs, salt and pepper.
