- 12 manicotti shells, cooked
- 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- black pepper
- parsley
- 1 qt. spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Mix cheeses, eggs, parsley, salt and black pepper.

2Fill manicotti with cheese mixture.

3(I slit manicotti to make this easier.)

4Pour half of sauce into bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

5Top with single layer of filled manicotti.

6Cover with sauce.

7Bake at 400° for about 25 minutes.
