- 2/3 c. pure maple syrup
- 1 baked 8-inch pie shell
- whipped cream
Directions

1In a medium saucepan, combine the condensed milk and maple syrup.

2Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture bubbles up, then cook, uncovered, for 4 minutes, watching carefully to prevent scorching.

3Pour into the pie shell.

4Let cool completely, about three hours.
