- 1/4 cups Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cups Oil (coconut Or Olive)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 cups Chopped Nuts (pecans, Walnuts, Almonds)
- 1/2 cups Shredded Coconut
- 1/2 cups Dried Cranberries Or Cherries
- 1/2 cups Quinoa Flakes
- 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Ginger
- 1 pinch Salt
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

2In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, oil and vanilla. Add the rest of the ingredients, and stir until all of the ingredients are covered in the oil-maple mixture.

3Pour the granola onto the lined baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread out the granola, making sure it is in an even layer.

4Bake at 325°F until golden brown, about 20 minutes, stirring the granola after 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Let the granola cool completely.

5Serve mixed with yogurt, milk, or ice cream and enjoy!
