- 4 c. milk
- 2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
- 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 pt. (4 c.) half and half
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. maple flavoring
- 4 well-beaten eggs
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1In a large bowl combine milk and pudding mix.

2Beat 2 minutes until well blended.

3Refrigerate about 5 minutes.

4Add sugar, half and half, maple flavoring and eggs to pudding mix until well blended.

5Stir in nuts.

6Pour into freezer can.

7Refrigerate until ready to serve.

8Makes 3 quarts or 24 (1/2 cup) servings.
