  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 3/4 c. sifted flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 sq. bitter chocolate, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. milk

Directions

    Cream butter, add sugar and cream together until light and fluffy.

    Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add milk and mix well.

    Prepare flour and sift together with baking powder and salt.

    Add to mixture and mix until smooth.
