  • 1 bundle asparagus
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 dash garlic powder
  • 1 dash onion powder
  • 1 zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil
  • 1 salt and pepper

    Trim asparagus where stalk cracks.

    Combine asparagus and wine.

    Marinate up to 24 hours.

    Dry off asparagus.

    Coat with olive oil.

    Add dried spices except lemon zest.

    Roast at 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until asparagus is tender, or grill asparagus until tender.
