- 1 cup white wine
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1 dash onion powder
- 1 zest of 1 lemon
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- 1 salt and pepper

1Trim asparagus where stalk cracks.

2Combine asparagus and wine.

3Marinate up to 24 hours.

4Dry off asparagus.

6Add dried spices except lemon zest.

7Roast at 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until asparagus is tender, or grill asparagus until tender.
