  • 5 c. sliced carrots
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 c. tomato juice
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. black pepper

    Mix all ingredients and cover in refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
