  • 2 cans fingerling carrots or fresh boiled in salted water, drained and cooled
  • 1 green pepper, sliced (optional)
  • 1 good size onion, sliced
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. vinegar

Directions

    Boil carrots in salted water.

    Drain and cool.

    Cook vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, tomato soup and oil.

    After cooking, add carrots, pepper and onion.

    Cook 5 minutes.

    Will last 3 weeks.
