- 2 cans fingerling carrots or fresh boiled in salted water, drained and cooled
- 1 green pepper, sliced (optional)
- 1 good size onion, sliced
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar
Directions

1Boil carrots in salted water.

2Drain and cool.

3Cook vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, tomato soup and oil.

4After cooking, add carrots, pepper and onion.

5Cook 5 minutes.

6Will last 3 weeks.
