- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 small jar cocktail onions
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Peel and slice carrots and cook in salted water until tender. Drain well.

2Chop pepper and onions.

3Combine remaining ingredients and pour over carrots while still hot.

4Marinate 2 or 3 days in refrigerator.

5Drain before serving or save broth or liquid because this will last several days.
