- 2 lb. carrots, sliced
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. wine vinegar
Directions

1Cook carrots in boiling water until tender; drain and cool. Mix together remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables.

2Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 days.

3Drain and turn into serving dish.
