- 2 lb. carrots, sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Peel and slice carrots into circles about 1/8 inch thick. Boil in salt water until barely tender.

2Drain and combine with onion.

3Mix remaining ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over carrot mixture and refrigerate.

4Must marinate at least 24 hours before serving.

5Keeps for a week or longer.
