- 1 large pkg. carrots
- 1 small onion
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Scrape and slice carrots (medium size slices, not too thin). Boil carrots until tender; drain.

2Slice onion into thin slices; cut bell pepper into strips.

3Mix onion, pepper and all other ingredients (except carrots) together.

4Pour this mixture into pot with drained carrots; bring to a boil.

5Cool a little and refrigerate.
