- 2 lb. sliced carrots
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
- 1 small green pepper, sliced thin
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Peel carrots, slice and cook in a small amount of water until tender.

2Drain and cool.

3Place a layer of carrots in a shallow dish.

4Top with a layer of green pepper and then onion.
