- 5 c. sliced carrots
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. mustard (dry)
- 1 medium sweet onion, chopped
- 1 can (small) tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Clean and slice carrots; blanch about 10 minutes.

2Drain and cool.

3Layer in a bowl with onion and bell pepper.

4Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over carrot mixture.

5Marinate 24 hours in a covered dish in refrigerator.

6Will keep one week.
