Marinated Carrots

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. carrots, sliced
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 can Campbell's tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Cook carrots in salted water until almost tender.

    Saute onion and green pepper in small amount of oil.

    Add remaining ingredients; heat and pour over carrots.

    Mix carefully. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
