- 8 c. sliced carrots (about 2 lb.)
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 c. undiluted tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 scant c. sugar
Directions

1Cook carrots in small amount of water until they are barely fork-tender.

2Drain.

3Add green pepper and onion.

4Combine remaining ingredients and bring to boil.

5Pour over vegetables. Let set overnight.

6Cover and store in refrigerator.
