- 2 lb. diced or chunk carrots
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook carrots until barely tender.

2Drain and mix together. Heat the remaining ingredients.

3Pour over drained carrots and add 1 green pepper or onion, selected for color.

4May add celery.

5Let sit for 2 or 3 days. Keeps well.
