Marinated Carrots

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. carrots, peeled, sliced and cooked
  • 1 pepper, cut up
  • 2/3 c. sliced onion
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard

    Drain carrots and add pepper and onion.

    Heat a little, but do not boil.

    Mix other ingredients in and pour over carrots, onions and pepper.

    Let stand 2 or 3 days to marinate.
