- 2 lb. carrots, peeled, sliced and cooked
- 1 pepper, cut up
- 2/3 c. sliced onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1Drain carrots and add pepper and onion.

2Heat a little, but do not boil.

3Mix other ingredients in and pour over carrots, onions and pepper.

4Let stand 2 or 3 days to marinate.
