- 5 c. carrots, sliced round
- 1 large onion (white or purple), sliced round
- 1 large bell pepper
- 1 (10 oz.) can Campbell's tomato soup
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
Directions

1Cook carrots 6 to 8 minutes, until just tender, not soft. Drain and cool quickly.

2Mix vegetables.

3Mix all other ingredients well, then pour over vegetables.

4Cover and marinate overnight or 10 hours before serving.

5This will keep 2 weeks in refrigerator.

6You might like more salt and pepper.
