  • 1/4 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil (winterized If Available)
  • 1/4 cups Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 dash Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons Dried Thyme
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans), Drained And Rinsed
  • 1 whole Shallot, Finely Sliced

Directions

    Combine water, oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme in a 2-cup jar.
