  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 lb. flank steak, scored
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 3/4 c. salad oil

Directions

    Mix together soy sauce, honey and vinegar.

    Blend in garlic salt and ginger.

    Add oil and onion.

    Place meat in shallow dish and pour mixture over.

    Let stand overnight in refrigerator.

    Turn meat over one time in marinade.
