- 1 1/4 lb. flank steak
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. red vinegar
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Combine all of the ingredients except for steak in a large glass bowl and mix well.

2Place steak inside and turn several times, coating the steak completely.

3Let marinate in covered container for 4 to 5 hours or overnight if possible.

4Cook steak so that it is browned on the outside but rare in the center.

5Cut diagonally across the grain into thin slices and serve.

6Serves 3 to 4.
