- 3 lbs frying chickens
- 12 cup lemon juice
- 12 cup vegetable oil
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon gingerroot, Grated or 1 tablespoon ginger, Ground
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 14 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions

1Cut chicken in to serving parts if not already in that form.

2Place chicken in shallow baking dish.

3In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.

4Cover, refrigerate 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

5Grill or broil as desired, basting frequently with marinade.
