  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 heaping teaspoon Honey
  • 1 Red chili pepper
  • 1 Salt and black pepper

    Combine the ingredients marked with a .

    Wash the leek, and cut the white part into lengths of 3-4 cm.

    Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and lightly stir-fry the surface of the leek.

    Add 100 ml of water, put the lid on, and steam for 10-15 minutes until soft.

    Drain the water, remove the leek from the pan, and marinate (for up to a few hours) in the sauce.

    Enjoy at room temperature.
