- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 6 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3/4 c. dry white wine
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dried leaf oregano
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Directions

1Slice mushrooms and place in glass or earthenware bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes.

2Remove from heat and pour over mushrooms.

3Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
