  • 1 lb small whole mushroom (larger mushrooms can be halved or quartered)
  • 1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian dressing
  • salt

Directions

    Place mushrooms in a pot large enough to hold them.

    Pour dressing over mushrooms and bring to a boil.

    Let boil for 3 or 4 minutes.

    Cover pot and turn off the burner.

    Let sit until cooled to room temperature.

    Taste and add salt if needed.
