- 1 large can French-style green beans, drained
- 1 large can peas, drained
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 jar chopped pimentos
- 2 or 3 large stalks celery, cut up
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
Directions

1Mix together all ingredients, stir well and marinate in refrigerator overnight.

2Drain well before serving, or serve with slotted spoon.

3Save juice to put leftovers in.

4Keeps in refrigerator for a week.
