Ingredients

  • 1 large can French-style green beans, drained
  • 1 large can peas, drained
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 jar chopped pimentos
  • 2 or 3 large stalks celery, cut up
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. salad oil

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients, stir well and marinate in refrigerator overnight.

    Drain well before serving, or serve with slotted spoon.

    Save juice to put leftovers in.

    Keeps in refrigerator for a week.
