- 1 1/2 pounds shark steaks
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce, tamari
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons parsley leaves chopped
Directions

1Cut the shark steaks into service-sized pieces.

2Place them in a glass dish.

3Combine the soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, oil parsley, garlick and black pepper.

4Pour the marinade over the fish and marinate for half an hour, turning at least once.

5Remove the fish (reserving the marinade) and broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat - about four minutes a side.

6Brush with the marinade before turning.

7Serve with minced green onions and parsley.

8Accompaniments: Rice and vegetable pilaf, leaf lettuce tossed with parsley-lemon dressing, and French or Italian sourdough bread.
