Marinated Shrimp Salad

- 1/2 c. white wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. large shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Directions

1In a blender or food processor, process vinegar, oil, onions, parsley, garlic salt, basil and pepper until well blended.

2In a medium bowl, combine shrimp and red onion.

3Pour vinegar mixture over shrimp mixture; stir until well coated and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight to allow flavors to blend.

4Serve chilled. Yield:
