- 3 lb. round steak, cut 1 to 2-inches thick
- meat tenderizer
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
Directions

1Prepare meat with tenderizer as directed on bottle.

2Combine with all other ingredients in shallow pan or plastic bag.

3Add meat and marinate in refrigerator for 6 to 12 hours or overnight. Place steak on grill 6 inches above hot coals.

4Grill 12 to 25 minutes, basting occasionally, turn over, continue basting and grilling 10 to 15 minutes for medium.

5Makes a cheaper cut of meat tasty and tender.
