- 1 clove garlic or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
Directions

1Sprinkle tenderizer on meat, then add remaining ingredients in Ziploc bag or in plastic bowl; seal.
