Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 lb. chuck roast or steaks, cut roast in 2 inch strips
  • tenderizer
  • 1 clove garlic or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce

Directions

    Sprinkle tenderizer on meat, then add remaining ingredients in Ziploc bag or in plastic bowl; seal.

    Let stand 2 hours or up to 2 days.

    Grill or broil in oven.
