- 2 Tbsp. W'ham seasoning
- cracked pepper
- 4 T-bone steaks (1 1/2-inches thick)
Directions

1Combine ingredients and pour over meat; let stand for 2 hours or more.

2Add damp hickory chips to medium-hot coals.

3Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, basting with small part of unused marinade.

4Turn and cook for 15 to 20 more minutes with grill cover closed.

5Serve with heated unused marinade.
