Marinated Turkey Breast

Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil
- 12 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 (3 lb) boneless turkey breast halves
- 6 whole cloves
- 14 cup vegetable oil
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Directions

1In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, basil, and pepper.

2Rub over the turkey breasts.

3Insert one clove into each end of the turkey breasts, and one in the center.

4In a large zip top bag, blend vegetable oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, and brown sugar.

5Place the breasts in the bag and seal tightly, pressing out as much air as possible.

6Marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours, up to 24 hours.

7Preheat grill for high indirect heat.

8Lightly oil the grill grate.

9Discard marinade and place turkey breasts on the grill on the side away from the coals.

10Close the lid, and grill turkey breasts about 15 minutes on each side, or to an internal temperature of 170F.
