Ingredients

  • 1 (No. 2) can peas, drained
  • 1 (No. 2) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (No. 2) can French-style green beans, drained
  • 1 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 small jars chopped red peppers or red pimentos for color
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. oil

Directions

    Boil sugar, salt, vinegar and oil and then cool.

    Add to vegetables and toss well.

    Refrigerate 24 hours before serving. Will refrigerate up to two weeks.
