  • 1 can whole kernel white corn
  • 1 can French-cut green beans
  • 1 can LeSueur English peas
  • 1 c. chopped pimento
  • 1 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 Tbsp. water

Directions

    Drain corn, beans and peas.

    Add pimento, green peppers, celery and onion.

    Heat and bring to boil sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil and water.

    Allow to cool, then pour the mixture over the vegetables and refrigerate.

    Will keep several days.
