- 1 can whole kernel white corn
- 1 can French-cut green beans
- 1 can LeSueur English peas
- 1 c. chopped pimento
- 1 c. chopped green peppers
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 1 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Drain corn, beans and peas.

2Add pimento, green peppers, celery and onion.

3Heat and bring to boil sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil and water.

4Allow to cool, then pour the mixture over the vegetables and refrigerate.

5Will keep several days.
