  • 1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans
  • 1 can Shoepeg corn
  • 1 small can peas
  • 1 small jar pimientos
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 ribs celery, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. vinegar (cider)
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

Directions

    Drain all canned vegetables. Combine in a large mixing bowl with green pepper, onion and celery.

    In a small bowl, combine sugar, salt, vegetable oil, cider vinegar and paprika.

    Mix well. Pour liquid mixture over vegetables and marinate at least 12 hours before serving.

    Keeps well refrigerated up to 1 week.
