  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 c. creamed corn
  • 1 c. grated jalapeno cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except cheese.

    Put half of batter into a 9 x 13-inch well-greased baking dish.
