- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 3/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cut up vegetables and place in large bowl with lid.

2Mix all other ingredients well and pour over vegetables.

3Refrigerate several hours or overnight, stirring now and then.
