- 1 lime, juice of, only
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Place the garlic, cilantro, lime juice, and vinegar in a food processor and puree until combined well.

2Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan until hot, but not smoking.

3Remove pan from heat.

4Pour the pureed mixture into the oil whisking constantly for a minute or two.

5Serve warm.
